Non-repairable items are any condition that compromises the integrity of the instrument and the safety of the patient or user.

Items may be deemed non-repairable due to over-sharpening, excessively damaged, or manufacturing integrity issues. 

• Instruments stamped “Pakistan” are considered single-use and should not be reused 
• Severe corrosion affecting function, alignment, or cutting performance 
• Instruments received already too short, or which would fall below acceptable length after servicing 
• Items measuring more than 15% below OEM working length specifications 
•   Working length is generally defined as the distance from the pivot screw center to the tip (or overall functional cutting length, depending on instrument design) 

 We guarantee exceptional quality and strive to ensure every client remains satisfied with our service. Any concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally. In the event of early termination, a prorated cancellation fee may apply.
