Not all items are repairable

Non-repairable items are any condition that compromises the integrity of the instrument and the safety of the patient or user.

What is non-repairable?

Items may be deemed non-repairable due to over-sharpening, being excessively damaged, or being of poor quality.

Stamped Pakistan instruments are single-use and should not be re-used
Severe corrosion affecting operation or cutting action
Items that are received as too short or will become too short after service
Compared to instruments OEM specs, less 15% of working length
The working length of a scissor is generally from the screw center to the tip, sometimes overall

Early termination fees apply

We guarantee exceptional quality, and we never expect anyone to depart from our service. We will strive to rectify any grievance; however if you choose to leave early a pro-rated early termination fee will apply.
